The tag is a benefit for those who have paid the full-year training fee or perform voluntary work for the club. The tag is personal and may not be lent.
The tag gives access during opening hours for those with a tag (see the website for current times), members with responsibility can open around the clock. All or part of the premises may be reserved for other activities (see website) this must be respected.
NOTE, the room is automatically alerted after opening hours so you must leave in time!
NOTE in cases where all or part of the club is booked or closed e.g. due to other activity in the climbing hall, this is stated on the website under "Opening hours for you with a tag", training is then not allowed for anyone.
Top ropes will be on some anchors and must be left where they are set up. Ropes for climbing on the high wall must always be brought by yourself, as well as other equipment if no one who can open the booth is in place.
The last person to leave must check that all windows and doors are closed and turn off the light, check carefully that the front door is locked
The City of Malmö only allows activities on our premises when the person in charge is present!
You who open the room to yourself and possibly other climbers therefore
automatically become responsible for your activities, ie for yourself and for those you let in. The person responsible (=you who opened with your tag) must ensure that the club's Rules are followed (see Safety & Rules)
Most important: everyone must have a red card!
(except for top rope climbing on fixed ropes where it is sufficient that the belayer has a green card)!
You may open to other people, those with valid training cards in MKK and SKK train for free, those without a valid training card may only train if they pay a daily fee: SEK 60 for senior and SEK 40 for junior (until the year you turn 19 years old) Payment is most easily made by swish to the club's number: 123-322 89 88. Number and qr code are also on a note in the entrance.
All members may always bring friends / non-members for ONE free trial session, the 2nd time the same person climbs, a daily fee must be paid. This applies regardless of the time of day training takes place!
The member with responsibility has access to both the premises and the storage room around the clock. (see conditions for borrowing from the shed below) Outside opening hours, the premises must be alarmed according to a separate instruction.
The lighting in the ropeway is switched on by switches at the spiral staircase and must be switched off at these. Other lighting is turned on by motion sensors. If it is hot in the rope hall, the ceiling fan can be turned on, button on the wall by the spiral staircase, the fan only starts if the first 3 windows have been opened (do not forget to close these) Fan stops after 3h or if windows are closed or press the button again.

Additional conditions for access to the stall.
If you have a role of responsibility, you can open the booth to put on music, borrow equipment, ropes and harnesses, but you will then be responsible for restoring and locking everything in the booth when you leave the premises.
Everything in the "Guide for wall managers" must be followed for those who open the booth to themselves when there is no wall ice. The instructions are posted on the wall inside the shed.
The shed must not be left open without supervision.
You can lend materials to others in the room but you must make sure that everything is returned when you go home.
If another member with a role of responsibility is in or comes to the room, responsibility for borrowed material can be handed over if this is OK with the person who then takes over the responsibility. But you must always check that they know that you are going home and who you have given the material to!
If the wall manager comes to the premises, those who have borrowed material in the shed must contact the wall manager and inform them of what has been lent to whom.
When the wall manager is on the premises, others with access to the booth should always inform the wall manager in advance before entering the booth, but ideally should avoid doing so.
